Specialist in inheritance law
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a specialist in inheritance law to join its Legal, Tax, and Real Estate Department. The position involves providing advice on matrimonial property law and inheritance law, as well as participating in client events and internal training sessions.
Tasks
- Advising our clients, including the preparation of documents related to matrimonial property law and inheritance law
- written contracts, etc.
- Participation in client events (presentations) and internal training courses in the areas of matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and banking law
Requirements
- Completed law degree at a Swiss university or notary public license
- Experience in the field of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- Knowledge of adult protection law, banking, and pension law is a plus
- Systematic, independent, and precise way of working
