Specialist in inheritance law
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a specialist in inheritance law to join its Legal, Tax, and Real Estate Department. The position is a 40–50% part-time role and involves tasks such as advising clients and assisting with internal training sessions on matrimonial property law and inheritance law.
Tasks
- Advising our clients, including drafting documents related to matrimonial property law and inheritance law (such as prenuptial agreements, etc.)
- Participation in client events (presentations) and internal training courses in the areas of matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and banking law
Requirements
- Completed law degree at a Swiss university or notary public license
- Experience in the field of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- Knowledge of adult protection law, banking, and pension law is a plus
- Systematic, independent, and precise way of working
