- Advising our clients, including drafting documents relating to matrimonial property and inheritance law (wills, drafts of marriage and inheritance contracts, gifts, premature property transfers)
- Participation in client events (presentations) and internal training courses in the areas of matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and banking law
What you bring with you
- Completed law degree at a Swiss university or notary public license
- Experience in the field of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- Knowledge of inheritance law, banking, and pension law is an advantage
- Systematic, independent, and precise way of working
