Finance Specialist

Tasks

• Preparation, acceptance, and processing of loan applications (including residential mortgage financing for equity and debt) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Preparation, Review, and Processing of Mortgage Deeds
• Preparation of Contract and Final Statements
• Processing mortgage debt settlement files, attendance records, construction-related documentation, etc.
• Maintaining relationships with notary offices, government agencies, banks, and insurance companies
• Support provided to core staff members for demand-driven tasks
• Support with credit checks/re-evaluation of cases by processing them according to corrected guidelines
