Finance Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Bank Zimmerberg is looking for a Finance Specialist (80-100%) for its Risk Management, Finance & Controlling team in Horgen. The position involves preparing, reviewing, and processing loan applications, as well as maintaining contact with customers and external partners.
Tasks
- Preparation, review, and processing of loan applications (including resubmissions) for private and corporate customers in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Preparation, review, and approval of real estate mortgage loans
- Preparation of contract and security forms
- Assessment of credit positions (credit file, balance sheet provisions, construction loan control, etc.)
- Maintaining contact with notaries, government agencies, banks, and insurance companies
- Providing technical support to loan officers on credit-specific technical issues
- Support in credit processing to identify risks by preparing regular reports
- Credit administration for third-party banks
Requirements
- Completed commercial training and proven experience in banking and (telephone) customer contact are required.
- Independent, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality - Passionate interaction with internal and external customers, with a strong affinity for telephone and written communication
- Dealing with the digital world brings joy, not effort
- Working independently and being highly self-motivated come naturally to you.
- Financial knowledge an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German
