Finance Specialist
Bank Zimmerberg is seeking a Finance Specialist (80–100%) for its Finance Center in Horgen to process loan applications and provide customer support. The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, experience in the banking sector, and strong communication skills.
Tasks
- Processing, reviewing, and finalizing loan applications (including follow-ups) for individual and corporate clients in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Initiation, Review, and Approval of Mortgage Transactions
- Preparation of contract and security forms
- Management of loan terms (loan summaries, balance sheet provisions, construction loan monitoring, etc.)
- Maintaining contact with notaries, government agencies, banks, and insurance companies
- Technical support for loan officers on loan-related technical issues
- Support in credit processing to identify risks by preparing regular reports
- Credit administration for third-party banks
Requirements
- Completed commercial training and proven experience in banking and (telephone) customer contact are required.
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mindset – passionate problem-solver
- A genuine enthusiasm for interacting with internal and external customers, combined with a strong commitment to service and excellent communication skills
- Dealing with the digital world brings joy, not effort
- Working independently and having a strong sense of self-motivation come naturally to you
- Financial knowledge an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German
