Finance Specialist

Tasks

• Preparation, review, and processing of loan applications (including resubmissions) for individual and corporate clients in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Preparation, review, and approval of mortgage transactions
• Preparation of contract and security forms
• Management of credit positions (credit files, balance sheet projections, construction loan monitoring, etc.)
• Maintaining contact with notaries, government agencies, banks, and insurance companies
• Providing technical support to loan officers on loan-related technical issues
• Support in credit processing to identify risks by preparing regular reports
• Credit administration for third-party banks

Requirements

• A completed business apprenticeship and proven experience in the banking sector and in (telephone) customer service are required
• Self-motivated, hands-on approach – passionate about managing a high volume of internal and external customer interactions, with a strong enthusiasm for telephone communication, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills
• Navigating the digital world—a source of joy rather than a burden; working independently and having a high level of self-motivation come naturally to you
• Financial knowledge an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German
