Job description
Specialist Front Support Finance 60-80%Your tasks
- Support for credit counseling including customer contacts
- Accompanying clients from the formal review through to disbursement and transfer of the house bank relationship
- Credit applications and preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of estimates (IAZI) and affordability calculations
- Collaboration in customer care and customer events
- Competent contact person to support the customer advisors in the area of financing
Your profile
- Completed banking training or basic commercial training in the notary/land registry sector
- At least 3 years of professional experience within the core financing process
- Good knowledge of processes and procedures, primarily within the core process of financing
- Strong quality awareness and high customer orientation
- Independent, efficient way of working and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Open-minded, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality
