Your tasks

• Preparation of monthly lists of stock exchange holidays
• Support with the administrative processing of fund distributions and reinvestments
• Calculation of the SSP/PSPP and spread factors
• Ensuring the investment criteria for unit classes with a restricted group of investors
• Administration of the Pricing Committee (incl. minutes)
• Operational support for private label fund partners and management of cooperation, asset management and agency agreements
• Publication of various documents in connection with the managed investment funds
• Support with other administrative activities in connection with fund management

Your profile

• Basic commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
• Professional experience with a fund management company, fund administration or comparable institutions
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured way of working
• High quality awareness and organizational flair
• Self-motivated, resilient and team-oriented personality with a high level of motivation
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and a good command of English
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
