Tasks

As a Commercial Customer Specialist, you will be part of our Commercial Customer Team at the Herisau branch. You will provide proactive and iterative support to our clients by anticipating their needs.

Requirements

You have the following qualifications:

• Completed basic business training and have professional experience
• Basic knowledge of the lending business; experience in commercial lending is also an advantage
• A reliable individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a meticulous, careful work ethic
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), customer focus, and the ability to work well in a team
