We are looking for a Commercial Customer Specialist (80–100%) to join our team at the St. Gallen branch. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing them with ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• Completed basic business training and gained valuable experience in the banking sector.
• Basic knowledge of the lending business, particularly consumer and commercial loans.
• You are considered a well-rounded individual with a solid, determined, and precise, independent work style.
• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written), a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in a team round out your profile.
