Commercial Customer Specialist
The position of Commercial Customer Specialist at SGKB in St. Gallen offers the opportunity to provide customer advice and support and to join a team. Tasks
As a Commercial Customer Specialist, you will be part of our Commercial Customer Team at the St. Gallen branch. You will support our customers in meeting their needs and prioritize their concerns.Requirements
You have the following qualifications and experience:- Completed basic business training or a college degree and/or have banking experience
- Basic knowledge of the lending business, particularly commercial lending
- A strong personality with a high level of self-motivation and a precise, goal-oriented approach to work
- Strong, articulate communication skills (both verbal and written), a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work well in a team
