Your tasks

Handling customer-related issues and conducting clarifications during telephone contact with customers.

What you bring with you

  • Basic business training, preferably in banking (e.g., CYP)
  • Professional experience throughout the entire SME process (end-to-end)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Swiss Code of Obligations, VSB, AIA / FATCA)
