SME Onboarding Specialist at the Service Center (80–100%). Banking of the future—while others are still talking about it, we’re already right in the thick of it.   • Handling customer-related issues and conducting clarifications during telephone contact with customers.

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training, preferably banking training (e.g., CYP)
  • Professional experience throughout the entire SME process (end-to-end)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OR, VSB, AIA / FATCA)
