The ideal candidate will have a commercial education, experience in application operation and back office of securities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Innovation/ITPM/Projects Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)Your tasks
- Collaboration or management of projects with a focus on IT, process automation and optimization
- Product Owner:in for selected applications - operation & further development
- Analysis of requirements, creation of solutions & basis for decision-making
- Optimization of the use of MS365 incl. dashboards & evaluations
- Identification & implementation of improvement potential
- Contact person for internal IT issues, coordination of external IT partners
- Promotion of innovation & co-design of technical developments
Your profile
- Commercial training with further training in IT, project management or business analysis
- High executive, strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experience in application operation & back office of securities
- Understanding of digital processes, automation & optimization
- Confident with MS365 and ideally with Power BI
- Analytical thinking/understanding & ability to clearly communicate complex content
- Finance & accounting an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
