IT Project Management Specialist

What you can expect

• You successfully lead high-impact and complex (IT) transformation programs, including projects in our Core Banking (e.g., Android release or upgrade projects) and Workplace (e.g., Future Workplace rollout) departments.
• You advocate for the needs of our departments, take their requirements on board, and work with internal and external partners to help coordinate their implementation.
• You will have a comprehensive overview of all projects in our department and ensure compliance monitoring and early detection.
• You work with modern technologies and have a strong technical understanding of how internal and external partners interact.
• You will foster open, interdisciplinary collaboration between the business departments and the IT specialists/software developers, and work with others to ensure successful change and adoption.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the banking and insurance sectors
• Solid IT expertise with a background in computer science or business informatics
• Experience in change and project management
• Complex system knowledge and cross-team challenges spark your curiosity
• Your ability to work independently, your structured approach, and your methodological and conceptual skills round out your profile.
