IT Project Management Specialist

That's what you'd expect

You will successfully lead valuable and complex (IT) transformation projects within our Core Banking department (e.g., system enhancements) or workstreams (e.g., development of future workflows). You understand the needs of our business units, take their feedback on board, and coordinate implementation with internal and external partners. You maintain a comprehensive overview of all projects in our department and ensure that control functions are properly executed. You work with modern technologies and possess a strong technical understanding of how internal and external systems interact. You foster open, interdisciplinary collaboration between departments and actively support change and adoption with users.

What you bring with you

You have a college or university degree in computer science or business informatics. In addition, you may have gained practical experience in the following areas:

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the banking or financial sector
• Solid IT expertise, along with a willingness to quickly learn new fundamental and specialized concepts
• Experience in the financial sector and in implementing high-priority regulatory matters
• In-depth knowledge of complex systems and cross-team manufacturing tasks spark your curiosity

Your ability to work independently, your structured approach, and your methodological and conceptual skills round out your profile.
