IT Project Management Specialist

What you can expect

• You will successfully lead high-impact and complex (IT) transformation projects in our Core Banking (e.g., system upgrade) or Workplace (e.g., implementation of the future workplace) departments.
• You understand the needs of our business units and support them in defining, agreeing upon, and implementing requirements, while coordinating their implementation with internal and external partners.
• You have a knack for keeping track of all the projects in our department and ensure that our work is carried out in a controlled and focused manner.
• You work with modern technologies and have a strong technical understanding of how technical and non-technical components interact.
• You will foster open, interdisciplinary collaboration between the business departments and the IT specialists/developers, and ensure change management and adoption among users.

Here's what we offer

• You have a college or university degree in computer science or business informatics.
• In addition, you have already gained practical experience in the following areas:
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the banking sector
  • Solid IT expertise combined with foundational and analytical skills
  • Experience in the financial sector and in implementing regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Your curiosity is fueled by complex system knowledge and cross-team challenges
• Your ability to work independently, your structured approach, and your methodological and conceptual skills round out your profile.
