Tasks

• Preparation, review, and processing of loan applications (including refinancing agreements) for private and corporate customers in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Preparation, review, and approval of real estate mortgage permits
• Preparation of contract and security forms
• Management of credit positions (credit file assessment, balance sheet presentation, construction loan control, etc.)
• Maintaining contact with notaries, government agencies, banks, and insurance companies
• Providing technical support to customer advisors on specialized credit-related issues
• Preparation of credit/diversion descriptions for the identification of risks through the creation of regulatory credit reporting
• Credit administration Third-party banks

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and proven experience in the banking sector (ideally) in the credit sector are prerequisites.
• Independent, agile action with a hands-on mentality – efficient, team-oriented, solution-focused
• Strong enjoyment of internal and external customer contact with a high level of service mentality and good communication skills
• You enjoy interacting with the digital world and find it effortless.
• Working independently and being highly self-motivated come naturally to you.
• Knowledge of Finnova is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German
