What you can expect

• You will independently prepare the detailed processing of credit applications, including checking for completeness, creditworthiness, and compliance with internal credit guidelines, including assessment of security reports.
• You value contact with land registries, notaries, banks, insurance companies, customers/lawyers, and provide support in the context of clarifications.
• It motivates you to support customer advisors with technical questions and the processing of loan applications.
• We would like you to increase your expertise and the amount of information and communication you provide on the migration and optimization of credit processes, and to take on specialist responsibility for individual subject areas.

What you bring with you

• You have completed commercial training at a bank, notary's office or lawyer's office.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the credit business/debt trading, e.g., in credit processing or debt collection/debt management.
• You quickly find your way around structured processes and contribute your own ideas.
• You are customer-oriented and can achieve this in your tasks, whether in the office, directly at the customer's premises, or at other locations of our bank.
• Your ability to work in a team and cooperate with others sets you apart, as do your independence and problem-solving skills.
