Credit processing specialist

What you can expect

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you—an experienced specialist (m/f/d)—to take on new tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Detailed processing of loan applications, including verification of completeness and compliance with loan decisions, as well as confirmation of collateral.
• In connection with address changes, we communicate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as banks, notaries, attorneys, accounting firms, and customer service departments.
• Assisting customer service representatives with technical questions and the processing of loan applications.

In addition, we expect you to be interested in identifying the benefits and value of projects and assignments aimed at shaping and optimizing credit processes, and to contribute your experience and expertise as a specialist to our area of responsibility for certain subject areas.

What you bring with you

• You have completed business training at a bank or a finance-related company.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the credit and/or financial services sector, such as in loan processing or back-office operations.
• You're skilled at working within structured processes and bring your own ideas to the table.
• You’ve already demonstrated your communication and consulting skills, whether in the office or elsewhere in our Work Smart environment.
• You enjoy working as part of a team just as much as you enjoy working independently and taking the initiative.
