Credit processing specialist

What you can expect

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as a specialist in credit processing and to take on new responsibilities and projects:

• Detailed processing of loan applications, including verification of completeness and compliance with legal and internal requirements, and loan approval, including assessment of collateral.
• As part of the assessment process, correspondence with various internal stakeholders, such as consultants, the marketing department, and the legal department.
• Assisting customer service representatives with technical questions and the processing of loan transactions.

In addition, we hope that you are interested in supporting and helping to shape the purpose and value of our projects and tasks, and that you are willing to take on operational responsibilities in the credit department as well as subject matter expertise in certain areas.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a business training program at a bank or financial institution, or have equivalent experience.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the credit or financial services sector, such as in loan processing or back-office operations.
• You are skilled at managing structured processes and have a thorough understanding of credit operations, which you apply quickly through a reliable and independent work style, while also contributing your own ideas.
• Your ability to understand and grasp new concepts will enable you to successfully complete the tasks assigned to you, whether in the office or at one of our locations in the canton of Aargau.
• Knowledge of SMART methodology.
