What you can expect

• The detailed processing of loan applications, including checking for completeness and formal consistency, as well as the preparation of preliminary decisions.
• We prepare credit decisions including assessment of the collateral(s) directly.
• You will be in contact with land registries, notaries, banks, insurance companies, customer advisors and customers/borrowers* in the context of clarifications.
• It motivates you to support the customer advisors with technical questions and the processing of credit transactions.
• It is valuable for us if you contribute your know-how and your nature to our team and support the team: in meetings, in discussions and in the implementation of projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to loan officers and assume responsibility for individual subject areas.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training at a bank or have many years of experience in the credit business (basic and/or special credit), e.g. in credit processing. Ideally in the loan processing process
• You quickly find your way around structured processes and contribute your own ideas.
• Your openness to change and your flexibility make you an important part of our team, whether in the office or at other locations.
• You can already demonstrate customer orientation in your current job, whether in the office or elsewhere as part of our flexible working models.
• You are just as enthusiastic about working in a team as you are about working independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
