What you can expect

  • The detailed processing of loan applications, including checking the completeness and formal and account-related accuracy of the documents (loans, guarantees and credit relationships).
  • You protect the contact with land registries, notaries, banks, insurance companies, customer advisors and customer/credit departments in all phases of the credit business.
  • It motivates you to support the customer advisors with specialist questions relating to the processing of loan applications.
  • It is valuable for us if you pass on your know-how and your knowledge of processes and procedures to the next generation and support the optimization of credit-related processes in the team and take over the technical and methodological competence in the credit processing process for a subject area.

What you bring with you

  • You have several years of training at a bank, historian or land registry (ideally in the credit business) and/or equivalent experience, e.g. in the credit department, debt collection or financial services.
  • You quickly find your way around structured processes and contribute your own ideas.
  • Your stamina for change and your specialist knowledge will make you a valuable asset in the performance of your duties, whether in the office directly at the customer or at one of our many locations.
