Tasks

  • Assistance with administrative tasks
  • Optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Training employees in AMLA processes (increasing the "first-time-right" rate)

Requirements

  • Completed banking training and/or extensive experience in the field of compliance
  • Strong customer focus and experience with in-depth consultations during telephone interactions with customers
