- Assistance with administrative tasks
- Optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Training employees in AMLA processes (increasing the "first-time-right" rate)
Requirements
- Completed banking training and/or extensive experience in the field of compliance
- Strong customer focus and experience with in-depth consultations during telephone interactions with customers
