Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a reliable individual to fill the position of Customer Service Compliance Specialist (80–100%). You will join our well-established Customer Service team in the Service Center and help shape the future of the bank alongside us.Your tasks
- Assistance with administrative tasks
- Optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Training employees in AMLA processes (increasing the "first-time-right" rate)
