What you can expect

• You are responsible for AKB's non-financial reporting (sustainability report in accordance with GRI Standards 2021, climate report in accordance with TCFD) in collaboration with the specialist departments. You continuously develop the reports and adapt them to new regulatory requirements.
• You analyze trends, standards, methods and regulatory requirements in the area of sustainability and sustainable finance.
• You are responsible for the area of social sustainability and implement targeted measures in consultation with the specialist departments.
• In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you will be responsible for training and sensitizing employees to the topic of sustainability, including internal communication.
• In collaboration with the Head of Infrastructure, you will take responsibility for the environmental management system. ISO 14001.
• You are actively involved in various committees and projects (sustainability committee, AKB support program, etc.).

What you bring with you

• You either have a degree in which the topic of sustainability played a central role or you have several years of experience in the field of sustainability management/communication.
• We consider experience in the financial environment to be an advantage.
• You will impress your internal and external stakeholders with your strong communication and persuasive skills and your confident manner.
• You describe yourself as a motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and resilient person with a strong ability to work in a team.
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and fluent written and spoken German and English are required.
