Job description

What awaits you

  • successor to the previous cantonal councillor:
  • We draw up regular sustainability reports and strategies for our employees and support ourselves internally and for our employees with targeted offers and proven tools for a healthy economy.
  • You are responsible for AKB's non-strategic reporting (Sustainability Report according to GRI Standards 2021, Climate Report 2020) and are familiar with the reporting process. You will also continuously develop the reports and adapt them to new regulatory requirements.
  • You analyze trends, methods and regulatory requirements in the area of sustainability and support their implementation.
  • You are responsible for controlling strategy and subject areas and implement targeted measures in consultation with the specialist departments.
  • You are an experienced cooperation and communication specialist with the specialist departments in order to successfully convey the elaboration and sensitization of employees on the subject of sustainability - both in writing and orally.
  • In collaboration with the Head of Communications, you will be responsible for the B2B intranet/internet portal.
  • You are actively involved in various committees and projects (sustainability committee, stakeholder program, etc.).

What you bring with you

  • You have a university degree in one of the subjects of communication and/or sustainability/environmental science/management/technology.
  • You have experience in finance or are a pre-processor or post-processor.
  • Several years of professional experience as well as relevant training and further education.
  • You are highly communicative and enjoy talking on the phone.
  • You are proficient in MS Office products and can quickly familiarize yourself with new applications.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
