What you can expect

• Successor to the previous cantonal sustainability officer
• Development of strategic measures and projects for a sustainable future
• Development and support of new sustainability and energy strategies for employees and customers
• Responsibility for AKB's non-material reporting (Sustainability Report according to GRI Standards 2021, Climate Report 2023)
• Collaboration with specialist departments to improve reporting
• Development of further and follow-up training on the topic of sustainability
• Support with communication, methods and regulatory requirements in the area of sustainability and sustainable finance
• Controlling and reporting on sustainability performance and implementation of targeted measures
• Cooperation with specialist departments to develop and sensitize employees to the topic of sustainability
• Responsibility for the "Integrated Management System ISO 50001"
• Active participation in various committees and projects

What you bring with you

• University degree in one of the following subjects: sustainability, environmental engineering
• Several years of experience in sustainability / climate protection issues
• Experience in the financial environment or as a pre-entry or career changer in the sustainability environment
• Experience at a university or in sustainability communication/ sustainability management/ CSR
• Proficiency in written and spoken Swiss German, German and English
• Very good analytical and communication skills
