Updating and Managing Customer Master Data in iWAVO, Including Actions Related to Existing Customer Data
Review of Documentation for the Automatic Exchange of Information (AAM and CRSA)
Creation and Management of Documentation for Customer Communication
Processing changes, corrections, and inquiries regarding customer data in W&V
Processing of information requests for government agencies, financial institutions, tax advisors, and compliance departments
Continuity and support for customer service regarding customer communication
FATCA and Cross-Border
Checks on Compliance with Instructions
Risk Assessment of New and Existing Customer Relationships
Process design and optimization of processes and work steps related to day-to-day operations and involved in customer master data maintenance
Management and Maintenance of Customer Data in the Management of Names/Designations
Customer Master Data Maintenance
Consulting and Support for Customer Service

Requirements

Native German speaker with good spoken and written English skills
Theoretical and practical knowledge of GelG, VSB, AIB, FATCA, and cross-border transactions
Extensive experience with calculus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Avaloq
Good communication skills
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
Communicative, a team player, and able to handle pressure
