- Work with the dedicated mail team to ensure reliable daily mail opening and internal mail delivery - Forward incoming mail to delivery personnel at the Group's locations in Basel - Independently ensure the execution of internal copying and printing jobs in accordance with the defined scope of services of the copy shop - Actively manage and prioritize printing jobs and communicate marketing and templates to internal clients in a timely manner - Provide targeted support in materials management and related areas

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the postal, logistics, or printing sector with relevant practical experience
• Open and appreciative communication combined with a healthy dose of assertiveness
