Private Client Specialist (50–100%)

Tasks

• You will supervise the trainees in their work and assist them with their on-the-job training.
• You will coordinate the onboarding process for our new apprentices at the branch and organize the job-specific training sessions with the apprentices.
• Administrative and organizational tasks arise as needed; for our private clients, you will handle these tasks reliably.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have comparable basic business training.
• You have a professional manner when dealing with customers and are service-oriented.
• You are a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys working as part of a team.
• You take on responsibility through your initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• You'll play an active role in shaping the project and contribute your ideas.
