Private Client Specialist

Tasks

• You will supervise the trainees as they perform their duties, thereby supporting the workflow.
• You will coordinate the onboarding process for our apprentices and work with them to organize the use of job-specific materials.
• You will be entrusted with handling administrative and organizational tasks related to ongoing relationships with private customers (e.g., account balances, account statements, etc.) in a self-reliant and reliable manner.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have comparable basic business training.
• You have professional experience in dealing with customers and, ideally, already have experience working with private clients.
• You are a friendly, outgoing person who also enjoys working as part of a team.
• You stand out for your initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• You'll play an active role in shaping the project and contribute your ideas.
