- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for funds managed by Asset Management and ensuring internal directives and customer-specific instructions in the area of asset management (investment controlling) - Administration of asset management mandates as well as data management and system maintenance to ensure the smooth and correct handling of fund management and asset management - Preparation of performance reports for private and institutional asset management mandates - Maintenance and release testing of the portfolio management system (Avaloq PFM) - Sales support and technical contact for product and performance-related questions - Further development and optimization of processes in the areas of investment classification controls and portfolio management system

• Completed banking apprenticeship with further training (e.g., CFA, AZEK)
• Professional experience in asset management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Excel, VBA)
• Knowledge of the Avaloq / Avaloq PFM core banking system is an advantage
• Stylistically confident in German and preferably French and/or Italian language skills
• quick comprehension, goal-oriented and precise working style
• Enjoy taking on responsible tasks, dealing with analytical issues, and developing solutions as part of a team
