- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the funds managed by BKB Asset Management, as well as ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and client-specific instructions in the area of asset management (Investment Controlling) - Administration of asset management mandates, as well as data management and system maintenance to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of fund administration and asset management - Preparation of performance reports for private and institutional asset management mandates - Maintenance and release testing of the portfolio management system (Avaloq PFM) - Sales support and technical point of contact for product- and performance-related questions - Further development and optimization of processes in the areas of investment policy controls and the portfolio management system

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship with further training (e.g., CFA, AZEK)
• Professional experience in asset management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Excel, VBA)
• Knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system / Avaloq PFM is a plus
• Proficiency in German and, preferably, knowledge of French and/or Italian
• quick comprehension, goal-oriented and precise working style
• Enjoy taking on responsible tasks, dealing with analytical issues, and developing solutions as part of a team
