BKB Asset Management is seeking a quality management specialist to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the management of funds and asset management mandates. The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship, professional experience in asset management, and very good knowledge of MS Office.

- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for funds managed by BKB Asset Management, as well as ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and client-specific instructions in the area of - Administrative Oversight (Investment Controlling) - Administration of asset management mandates and data management - Settlement of funds and asset management - Preparation of performance reports for private and institutional asset management mandates - Maintenance and release testing of the portfolio management system (Avaloq PFM)Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship with further training (e.g., CFA, AZEK)
- Professional experience in asset management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and VBA)
- Experience with Avaloq / Avaloq PFM in a banking environment is a plus
- Proficiency in German and, preferably, knowledge of French and/or Italian
- quick comprehension, goal-oriented and precise working style
- Enjoy taking on responsibilities, tackling analytical challenges, and working with a team to develop solutions
