Recovery specialist (a)
Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for a Recovery Specialist (a) to process incoming letters from bankruptcy and debt collection offices and to manage customer positions in the debt collection and bankruptcy area. The position is part-time (70-90%) and is based in Aargau.

What you can expect
- We are looking for you to join our team and offer you
- You process incoming letters from the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and implement debt enforcement measures.
- You will independently manage customer positions with account holders and take an active role in AKB's debt collection and bankruptcy department. This also includes the occasional direct exchange with customers and bankruptcy debtors on specialized issues.
- You provide information for our customers and other internal departments for questions relating to debt collection issues.
- You get involved in smaller projects and high-priority topics.
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial qualification or equivalent further training.
- If possible, you have already worked for several years in debt collection, at a financial institution or as a self-financed or self-employed person. Experience in a banking group (e.g. claims management) or in a comparable industry is also helpful (experience in SAP is a plus).
- With your strong communication skills, you will take the lead in presenting yourself to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative experience/ commercial skills are required.
- Collaboration in a team is encouraged, as is an independent and solution-oriented way of working. You will work in the office directly at Aarau station or elsewhere in the canton of Aargau as part of our Work Smart opportunities.
