Job description

What you can expect

• You process letters from the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and implement debt enforcement measures.
• You will independently manage customer positions with bankruptcy and debt restructuring proceedings and take an active role in debt collection. This also includes targeted direct communication with customers and bankruptcy offices on specific issues.
• You are the point of contact for our customer staff and other internal departments for questions relating to debt collection.
• You are sometimes involved in smaller projects and high-priority topics.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial qualification or equivalent further training.
• If possible, you have already worked for several years in debt collection, at a financial institution or at a debt collection company. BDS knowledge (in the Federal Law on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy StGB) is also an advantage.
• You have strong communication skills and are convincing when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administrative experience/administrative work is a prerequisite.
• Collaboration in a team is favored, as is an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• You will work either directly in the Aarau office or at another Aargauische Kantonalbank location.
