Job description

Tasks

• You process letters from the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and implement debt enforcement measures.
• You will independently manage client positions with bankruptcy and debt collection cases and take an active role in internal and direct communication with clients and trustees on specific issues.
• You are the point of contact for our customers and other internal departments for questions relating to insolvency proceedings.
• You will sometimes be involved in smaller projects and interdisciplinary topics.

Requirements

• You have a commercial qualification or equivalent further training.
• If possible, you should have worked for several years in debt collection, at a tax office or at a debt collection agency. Basic knowledge of the Federal Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) or experience with the relevant software tools is also desirable.
• With your strong communication skills, you are convincing in your dealings with internal and external contacts.
• Administrative experience/administrative skills are a prerequisite.
• Collaboration in a team is favored, as is an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
