What you can expect

• You process letters from the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and implement debt enforcement measures.
• You will independently manage customer positions with bankruptcy and debt restructuring proceedings and play an active role in AKB's debt collection activities. This also includes the occasional direct exchange with customers and bankruptcy debtors on specific issues.
• You will provide information for our customers and other internal departments for questions relating to insolvency proceedings.
• You will sometimes get involved in smaller projects and high-priority topics.

What you bring with you

• You have no current or completed training in a banking environment, at a financial institution or a legal service. A degree in law (lic. iur., Bachelor's or Master's) is also an advantage.
• The management of independent client positions with bankruptcy and probate law issues requires solid knowledge of debt collection and bankruptcy law (SchKG) and civil law (OR, ZGB).
• With your strong communication skills, you will take the lead in presenting yourself to internal and external stakeholders.
• We expect you to be able to act independently and with the courage to change.
• You favor teamwork as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working. You are willing to work in the office or at another location in the canton of Aargau as part of our Work Smart opportunities.
