What you can expect

• We are looking for you to join our team and offer you the following challenges:
• You process letters from the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and implement debt enforcement measures.
• You will independently manage customer positions with account balances and take an active role in debt collection as well as direct collection with customers and file destruction in accordance with our internal processes and instructions.
• You are the contact person for our customer advisors and other internal departments for questions relating to debt collection issues.
• You also get involved in smaller projects and highly controversial topics.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial qualification or equivalent further training.
• If possible, you have already worked in debt collection, at a financial institution or a debt collection company for several years. Basic knowledge of debt collection law (SchKG) or civil law is also helpful.
• You are a talented communicator and take on the role of contact person for internal and external stakeholders.
• With your strong communication skills, you manage to convey complex issues in a simple way.
• You encourage teamwork as well as independent action. Work towards the most efficient solution.
• You are happy to work in our office directly at Aarau station or elsewhere as part of our flexible working options.
