What you can expect

• You process incoming letters from the bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and implement debt enforcement measures.
• You will independently manage customer positions with outstanding accounts and play an active role in AKB's debt collection process. This also includes the occasional direct exchange with customers on specific issues.
• You are the point of contact for our customer advisors and other internal departments for questions relating to debt collection issues.
• You contribute to smaller projects and interdisciplinary topics on a case-by-case basis.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial qualification or equivalent further training.
• If possible, you have already worked for several years in debt collection, at a financial institution or at a debt collection office. Basic knowledge of the Federal Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) is also desirable.
• With your strong communication skills, you will impress internal and external stakeholders.
• We expect you to act responsibly and independently.
• You are just as enthusiastic about working in a team as you are about working independently and in a solution-oriented manner. You will work in the office directly at Aarau station or elsewhere as part of our Work Smart opportunities.
