What you can expect

• You will handle registered debtors of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Commission.
• You will oversee bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings as a member of the Bankruptcy Commission (KK).
• You work alongside your colleagues and interact with them as part of your professional interactions with customers.
• You will communicate this information to new customers, existing customers, and contacts at banks and other special-purpose agencies.

What you bring with you

• You have completed your legal training and are working at the nearest court, using legal terminology and the language of the law (German).
• You have experience in relevant subject areas (e.g., bankruptcy law) or in the field of law.
• You have strong customer communication skills and can confidently communicate using legal terminology.
• You work independently, in a goal-oriented and organized manner.
