Regulatory Reporting Specialist 90–100%
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist (90–100%) to manage and develop systems for the SNB, FINMA, and other regulatory authorities. This position is intended for entry-level candidates with a business background and some experience in risk management or reporting.
Tasks
- Plays a central role in HBL's regulatory reporting and actively contributes to financial group efforts at the intersection of processes and data quality across the various teams.
- Support, maintenance, analysis, and development of both our existing and new systems in the area of regulatory reporting, such as SNB, FINMA, FME, SRK, EBA, MelB, FinRep, and O-SIM.
Requirements
- Initial experience in risk management or regulatory reporting (ideally at a bank)
- Business apprenticeship followed by continuing education or a college degree (business administration, banking & finance)
- An independent, precise, and structured approach to work
- Collaboration within the Group and with Subsidiaries
