Risk Specialist

What you can expect

To strengthen our Risk Team, we are seeking a dedicated specialist with a university degree in economics, banking, finance, risk management, BCM, operational resilience, and information and cybersecurity. This role is ideal for ambitious candidates who have completed a master’s degree in economics, finance, or banking, as well as for experienced professionals who wish to apply and continuously develop their expertise in a resource-oriented environment. You will support our risk experts and specialists by:

• in the analysis and implementation of new regulatory and legal requirements
• in the design, further development, and updating of the framework concept for banking operations
• in the preparation of guidelines and position papers for internal risk management
• when conducting specific risk analyses
• in the processing of pending audit matters
• for planning, coordination, and organizational tasks

What you bring with you

• A completed degree in business or a student nearing completion of a master's degree
• Alternatively: Several years of professional experience in the banking or risk management field and an interest in a part-time position
• Experience in banking or risk management is a plus
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Quick comprehension and the ability to think holistically
• A team-oriented, service- and solution-oriented, and reliable individual
