Your new job

• Independent processing of various business cases in the products e-Tax Return Switzerland, Tax Reporting Abroad, and Tax Reclaim
• Supporting customer advisors in matters relating to tax products and acting as a contact person for tax authorities
• Collaboration on mass mailings of tax reports and processing of individual items
• Monitoring the quality of claims processing by outsourcing partners
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of processes
