Tax Records Specialist

Tasks

• Tax Registry Administration (processing inquiries/clarifications, orders).
• Manage tax production in close collaboration with the department head and the external service provider (reviewing tax records, collaborating with the service provider, and correcting production errors).
• Developing the bank's internal implementation of MiKAdiV and FASTER in collaboration with the entire department, IT, and any external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed business training or equivalent basic training, as well as several years of professional experience at a bank, preferably in the area of tax reporting.
• Willingness to continuously familiarize yourself with tax directories and MiKAdiV/FASTER, and to take on challenging tasks.
• Quick to grasp new concepts, able to handle high-pressure situations, dedicated, and with a knack for organization.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking and Action.
• Enjoy working with numbers; an independent, precise, punctual, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Assessment of interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams; reliability, discretion, and commitment.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Workload: Due to seasonal fluctuations, you can expect a busy period with a higher number of hours in the first half of the year, while working hours will be correspondingly lower in the second half of the year.
