- With your commitment, you will ensure the technical operation of various systems by planning, coordinating, and managing technical maintenance and services - Actively organize the processing of external service providers, ensure that orders are completed properly, and document them in full - Plan the maintenance to be carried out across the group and manage technical pending issues - Take on projects and plans in the technical environment—from planning to successful handover - Support the team and the specialist manager in various coordination issues and contribute to professional building managementWe benefit from this
- Completed training as a building technician or electrician (EFZ) with at least 5 years of practical professional experience
- Organizational talent with strong coordination and management skills
- Enjoyment in contributing your own ideas and driving topics forward in a targeted manner
- High flexibility and quick comprehension combined with a good understanding of processes and systems
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
