Technical Building Management Specialist (TBM)

Your new job

- With your commitment, you will ensure the technical operation of various systems by planning, coordinating, and managing technical maintenance and services - Actively organize the processing of external service providers, ensure clean order processing, and document everything completely - Plan the maintenance to be carried out across the group and manage technical pending issues - Take on projects and plans in the technical environment—from planning to successful handover - Support the team and the technical manager in various coordination issues and contribute to professional building management

Requirements

• Completed training as a building technician or electrician (EFZ) with at least 5 years of practical professional experience
• Organizational talent with strong coordination and management skills
• Enjoyment in contributing your own ideas and driving topics forward in a targeted manner
• High flexibility and quick comprehension combined with a good understanding of processes and systems
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
• Do you also speak French and/or Italian? Another plus point for you.
