- Responsibilities are based in the Middle Office of the SLB business unit and include, among other things, optimizing processes, developing and implementing new procedures, and contributing to day-to-day operations—serving as the interface between various units to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Handling complex cases in close collaboration with other specialized departments, working independently, prudently, and to a very high standard - Thanks to growing experience in day-to-day operations, you will contribute to the ongoing optimization, automation, and testing of underlying processes - Enjoy helping to shape the team’s scope of work and tackling new tasks, along with engaging in clear, audience-appropriate communication at all levels and a commitment to delivering high-quality services

We benefit from this

• Preferably experience in securities lending and/or securities settlement
• Ideally, a degree or experience with an analytical component, strong problem-solving skills

• able to continuously and flexibly reassess and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and demanding business environment
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English, very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and ideally knowledge of the Avaliq core banking system
